The Quartz Co Dorset Parka is a slim-fit ladies parka with a super noble, minimalistic look and no fur on the hood. A perfect business parka and ideal for all those ladies who like it simple but elegant and do not want to freeze even in extreme weather conditions.
On the left side of the sleeve there is the noble Quartz Co logo in the shoulder area, which gives the parka an understatement of a special kind. The 2-way YKK zipper is equipped with a wind protection strip so that even extreme wind cannot penetrate the jacket. The cut is slightly longer and therefore protects very well at cold temperatures. Elastic Lycra sleeves also provide perfect wind protection and prevent the sleeves from slipping up.
Four outside pockets and one inside pocket provide plenty of storage space. In addition, the pockets are lined with soft fleece so that you can always keep your hands warm, even when gloves are not handy.
As filling a very high-quality 650 white duck down filling is used. This is very durable and does not lose its bulking power even after years. Thanks to an anti-bacterial treatment the down always smells pleasantly neutral. The typical "down smell" does not develop. The use of a membrane, which is laminated from the inside onto the outer lining, is really ingenious. Compared to the competition, Quartz Co jackets are therefore waterproof and not only water-repellent - and that with very good breathability. In addition, the outer material is treated to be highly water-repellent. The inner lining is really 100% down proof - nothing gets through!
The down jackets are characterised by extremely light, yet robust and warm materials. For added protection against rain and snow, Quartz Parkas features a waterproof membrane that makes it unique. All skins (and hoods on almost all models) are removable. So the jacket is machine washable and very easy to clean.
